How-to

Support

What to check yourself, and how to reach the manufacturer if that doesn't resolve it.

Support is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, through the manufacturer's support portal, by email, or by phone — see the back cover of the printed manual (or this template's own footer) for the actual contact details.

Having these on hand speeds up any support call:

A symptom / possible cause / solution table is the standard shape for a troubleshooting section — same .spec-table pattern, three columns instead of two.

Table 7 — Troubleshooting
Symptom Possible cause Solution
Power LED does not light upPower adapter not connected, or faulty outletCheck both cable ends and try a different outlet
Power LED blinks redStartup self-test failedUnplug for 10 seconds, then power on again; contact support if it persists
No internet accessWAN cable disconnected, or ISP outageCheck the WAN LED (see LED Indicators); confirm the cable at both ends

Warning

If none of the steps above resolve the issue, do not attempt to open the device — contact authorized technical support instead.

An FAQ reads better as question/answer pairs than as a table — this uses the .faq-list pattern, a plain <dl> with one <dt>/<dd> pair per question.

How do I reset the device to factory defaults?
See Firmware Update Procedure, which also covers the factory-reset button.
Can I use a third-party power adapter?
No — see the Warning in Safety Warnings.
Where do I find the device's serial number?
Printed on a label on the bottom of the unit, and also shown on the web interface's status page.

A limited-warranty statement is standard practice at the end of a hardware manual's support section — short, plain paragraphs, no special CSS pattern needed.

This product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase. During this period, the manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge, provided the original proof of purchase is presented.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, exposure to liquids, or use with a power adapter other than the one supplied — see Safety Warnings. To make a warranty claim, contact support using the details in Getting Help above.
